ZGH Projects Pty Ltd was established in 2016 by Mr Hermann Botha and Mr Mandla Yedwa Zozi, who both have extensive construction, architectural and administrative skills. Since its establishment ZGH Projects have grown and managed to be of the potentially emerging architectural and construction company. ZGH Projects has during its history developed into one of South Africa’s leading, predominantly black owned and service provider with its Head office in East London and another office Mthatha in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. We have satellite offices in Kempton

The company is growing organically by re-investing its earnings to fund the company’s growth. The company is currently registered with the CIDB as level 4 GBPE. registered with the CIDB as level 4 GBPE. We are also registered with NHBRC and Master Builders Association

Our workforce receives substantial, safety prides itself on delivering projects complete with training and awareness and they are fully aware of both ZGH Projects’ s duties as a contractor and their own duties as employees under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993. ENVIRONMENT
We as management and employees of ZGH Projects serve the environment and preserve the local people’s heritage in conducting our business. To this end we will understand and monitor the effects of our operations on the environment and be proactive in managing requirements. The design and operation of new plants and plant modifications will comply with the country’s environmental standards. Our staff and partners are motivated and focused on our goals and strive to ensure that we not only meet applicable legislation but may exceed those requirements to meet the specific needs of our facilities. We encourage innovation and participation in the development of better technology and relevant legislation. We conserve ecological habitats, especially those containing local fauna and flora. Significant historical objects, artefacts, records, documents, buildings and surroundings are conserved, restored and displayed. Employees and surrounding communities are encouraged to identify with and participate in mankind’s responsibility for environmental conservation. The experience and skills we have developed are shared and used to positively influence legislation. Our actions demonstrate the compatibility between nature and industry in a way that reflects our core values of business excellence and care.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
We actively encourage growth and development in all our staff and view skills development and capacity building as a critical component of our business. We give the communities we work in the opportunity to learn practical skills related to building technology and construction rules and regulations.
In addition to on-the-job training and close mentorship, we fund short training courses for staff interested in further studies and personal development. Approximately 5% of our total salary bill is budgeted annually for staff training.
